A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Terrill, a recently retired U.S. Army Soldier, now based outside of Chicago, IL. I’m also a proud member of the Lumbee Tribe, a Native American Tribe from North Carolina. Growing up immersed in Native American culture and later experiencing life through the disciplined lens of Army service has given me a unique perspective that deeply influences my photography. My connection to nature and the land, coupled with a trained eye for detail, drives me to capture moments that reveal hidden beauty in everyday landscapes.

Through my photography, I hope to inspire others to look beyond the obvious and find meaning in the smaller, often overlooked details around them. I believe that every landscape has a story, and I aim to bring that story to life in my work. From vast, sweeping horizons to the textured patterns in a single leaf, my goal is to showcase the natural world in ways that connect with viewers on a personal level.

Whether you’re here to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors or to feel a bit more connected to the world around you, I hope you find something in my photos that resonates. Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to sharing more of my journey with you.
